Taking the plunge!

Greetings and Welcome to A Doomseekers Journey.   It’s on this day I’m proud to join the Warhammer blogging community, that I have so long followed.  I’ve been a long time reader of many great Warhammer blogs (WAAAGH!, Wizards & Wenches, Tomb of knowledge, Bugmans Best to name a few.), but never much of a poster.  (Working on changing that!) To this, I’m taking the plunge into the blogging world.  I guess the best place to start would be a brief introduction on who I am, and what I have planned for this blog.  My name is James (aka Willi).  I’m married and currently living in Japan.  I have been an avid gamer for as long as I can remember.   Starting back in the days of NES and its cumbersome Gyro- robot (R.O.B), and eventually moving up to PC gaming, and later on to mmo gaming.  My mmo career dates back to a brief stint in Ultima online followed up a few years later by, FFX online then,  DAOC and of course the game we have all come to play at some time during our mmo career WOW, and now WAR.  Which leads to this blog being born.  A Doomseekers Journey will be largely based around my soon to be named Slayer on Phoenix Throne (US) server.  Only time will tell if he ever finds a worthy opponent that can fulfill the doom he seeks.  In addition to doomseeking.  I plan on sharing my views, and opinions on various WAR related topics.  Lastly I’m not the most proficient writer out there although, it is something I plan on working on through this blog.
